Where is Oprah Winfrey's Indiana home?

Oprahs' Indiana homeHer home was located in Michigan City near a home my parents onced owned. We were able to see it from the street beyond the fence but obviously could not get in. It is my understanding that she recently sold this property for 8.5 mil.

Not "in" Michigan City, but in the same county. About 12 miles east of Michigan City.

Her "Indiana Home" was about 2/3 of a mile south of LaPorte County Road 1000 North, on County Road 600 East. If you have access to Google Earth, it is at 41 degrees, 44 minutes, 35 seconds North by 86 degrees, 35 minutes, 5 seconds West.

My sister lives 2/3 mile north to County Road 1000 North, and east 1/4 mile. My parents live 2/3 mile north to County Road 1000 North then 1 mile west to County Road 500 East, and North 3/8 Mile. They would occasionally see Oprah out jogging.

Oprah and Steadman attended Easter Services, one year, at the Maple Grove United Methodist Church, located just east of the County Road 1000 North and County Road 650 East intersection.

Actually she lived in Rolling Prairie, IN. Approx. 15-20 min. from downtown Michigan City. We went today for a drive by her old farm. Still looking fabulous!
