There is a lake somewhere in mount coronet underground on the way to the snowy place. Use any kind of rod in the lake. Feebas only appears in four spots of the lake, and those four spots change every day. Even if you fish in the correct spot, there's only fifty percent chance feebas will appear.

∙ 14y agoIn Mount Coronet,on your way to Spear Pillar or when you just go in.Use an old rod in the water.Feebas is similar to a Magikarp.EXCEPT IT DOSENT EVOLVE UNLESS ITS BEAUTY IS HIGH!
