I need a private Investigator, to catch my ex-husband driving with my kids while he's intoxicated. I wish I could afford to hire one, but I just don't have the money. I'm desperate, because my kids say his driving is very impaired, and he's come close to getting into accidents more frequently. Their affraid of him and refuse to call 911. When they text me, I always call the police, but they seem to not react in time. Maybe they don't even care, I don't know. I live in Indianapolis, IN. I can't believe know one takes this serious.
