Who are the most powerful and least powerful Akatsuki members in Naruto Shippuden?

Even though Pein is seen to be the strongest of the akatsuki at this time , TOBI is actually the strongest from my point of view since everyone in naruto shippuden has explained him like that and also because even the strongest hokage to ever be in power (the fourth) was no match for him , furthermore , Tobi posses the "eternal mangekyo sharingan" and can transport the kyuubi (nine tails fox) anywhere , anytime willingly .

1.madara ( the strongest in naruto)

2.pein ( he killed jiraiya and jiraiya was really strong)

3.itachi ( some people might think itachi is stronger than pein but itachi was scared to face jiraiya )

4.kisame ( alot of chakra and jutsu's)

5.sasori ( nearly 300 puppets, everything he has is poisened, he had iron sand what was poisened to, plus i hate everyone who says dat sasori dies by sakura cause first grandma chiyo killed him not sakura and second HE LET HER KILL HIM and if you dont believe me watch naruto Shippuden episode 26 or 27.

6.deidara (ultimate bombs)

7.kakuzu ( he admits he is the weakest in the akatsuki but i think he is stronger than some members)

8.hidan ( he can't die but only 2 jutsu's )

9. zetzu ( dont know what can he do but he looks rubbish)

10.konan ( she is paper anything with water or fire can beat her shes good but not good enough to be one of the strongest in the akatsuki)

The most powerful is Tobi for his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan that makes him untouchable, and allows him teleport anywhere.

The least powerful is probably Konan for a few reasons.

1. She only has a few jutsus

2. Most of the Akatsuki members have more chakra than her

3. She's a female when everyone else is a male, giving them more strength because males are stronger than females.
