As a minor you can not sue anyone, you need your parents to do so. And if you get abused at home you can call the Child Protective service or the police. If the physical altercation cause such damage you need surgery etc it would go on the health insurance your parents have and that you are on.
No just talk to the police
I don't think it said in the book....
No, you cannot sue a minor. You can sue the minor's parents though because they can be held responsible for the minor's actions.

In the book can you sue your parents for malpractice Melissa was dating mike
The short answer is no - the long answer is yes, depending on the circumstances. If you sustained injuries, you can sue for punitive damages regardless of the child's age. Parents of the child cannot necessarily sue the parents unless they were negligent in the care or restraint of the child. For example, you cannot sue the parents of the child if they weren't present, however, you can sue the parents if they were present and did nothing to restrain the child from assaulting you.
Your parents would have to sue on your behalf in most cases.
No you can't. You can sue the parents though.
Sue Hendrickson was born in Chicago, Illinois, and little information is publicly available about her parents.
You can sue the parents (or if you are minor your parents could sue the minor's parents.) However, depending on the circumstances and if there is absolute proof it will be up to the courts as to whether the person suing will win and get a settlement.
It is generally not possible to sue your parents for an accident that happens at home. In most cases, family members are protected under normal household liability insurance. If the fall was due to negligence on your parents' part, legal action may be possible, but it is advised to seek legal counsel to better understand your options.
It is possible
Yes, it is possible to sue a minor in civil court, but the process can be more complex than suing an adult. The minor may require a legal guardian or parent to represent them in court.
It deppends, but you can.
Well, first off, minors can't sue, you must be at least 18 years old.if you are over 18 years old, you can sue without your parents agreement.if you are under, you can not sue but if your parents agree with you wanting to sue, then your parent can sue for you.A minor may be able to sue even if his/her parents disagree as long as the court appoints a guardian ad litem for the minor to bring the lawsuit. The sole authority the guardian ad litem has is to act on behalf of the minor in that particular litigation.
