Well... Anne Hutchinson was not so much a "Threat" as a "Nuisance". She didn't necessarily like what other preachers had to say, and she would contradict it, and give out her own explanation in a small church that she was the preacher in, and then she would question how others thought about God, and what they were teaching. She was put on trial for cutting down how other people learned, and taught Christianity, and was prosecuted for "Antinomianism", or not thinking that that the law pertained to them, and after her trial, she was banished from Massachusetts Bay Colony for not letting people believe in that faith they wished to believe in. Because there was no Bill of Rights, or Declaration of Independence yet, for another at least 70 years, they just banished her for what they could.
Hope this helps!
