because they were hopeful
No, they are completely different boats that met almost the same fate. The Titanic sank when she hit an iceberg in 1912. Ooops, yes the Titanic hit the iceberg, but the Lusitania was sunk by a German U boat (There is a theory the British did it & blamed the Germans) and some US passengers died. This was in May, 1915. It is cited as one of the reasons the US entered into WW1. Sorry, my fault!!!!
The first passengers to arrive on the Titanic would have been first class passengers. They would have been greeted by the captain himself, John Smith.
when the weather deteriorated it would have been dangerous
There was 24 lifeboats, 4 buckeled. There was room for only half the passengers, but less than half when the sinking took place. if there were more lifeboats, it would have helped the passengers. Than there would be everybody surviving, exept for those who ware ready to die, or a captain.
India would look like USA,UK with much less poverty . Our leaders were over-confident and now india sucks to the core
They believed that Germany would never fire on civilians, so they were secure in traveling on the big ocean liners.
Self-confident would work. So would unperturbed. Source: The thesaurus.
The Lusitania was a British passenger ship that belonged to the Cunard Line. On May 1, 1915, she departed New York en route to Britain, that day, there was a notice in newspapers that warned passengers taking the Lusitania of German U-boat activity in the waters surrounding Britain. 6 days later, on May 7, a German U boat caught the Lusitania in it's scopes. At 2:10 in the afternoon, the Lusitania was struck by a torpedo on the forward starboard side, a second explosion occurred shortly thereafter, the reason for which has come under intense investigation regarding whether the Lusitania carried ammunition and gun powder aboard and whether the torpedoing was justified. At 2:12, the order was given to abandon ship, by this time panic on the decks were prevalent; at 2:14 the ships power went out, trapping most passengers in the dark depths of the ship with no way out. Only a couple of boats were able to be launched on its starboard side as the ship listed and flipped on its side. The boats on her port side were rendered useless as boarding them was possible but launching them would result in them being sucked under the ship as she lifted out of the water. At 2:28, she finally went under, sinking in around 18 minutes and taking 1,198 of her 1,959 passengers with her.
the British passenger ship called the Lusitania was sunk by a German u-boat on May 7, 1915 a couple months after Germany warned that any ship venturing through the 'war zone' would be sunk. The ship contained approximately 1200 passengers and of that 1200 passengers 128 were Americans. The British steamship Falaba was torpedoed and sunk by a German submarine on March 28, 1915, the date specified in the question, and slightly earlier than the sinking of the Lusitania on May 7, 1915.
It should be placed after the last s. Passengers'
i think it would be to feel more confident in themselves.....thats the reason i sometimes do =)

i think alot of kids who play sports are confident because they really do want to play that particular sport and if i was that person who wanted to play that particular sport, i would certainly go for because it's something that i would enjoy throughout my school career
'The football player was extremely confident as he prepared to take the penalty.' 'The CEO was very confident as he stood to make his speech.'
yes they would
That would be, "Passengers and crew".
She had 20. The US would have required 42 boats, but to have handled the passengers she would have needed 51 boats.
