when the weather deteriorated it would have been dangerous
When might it have been dangerous for passengers to go on deck?
They slept on the lower decks, beneath the water. There were certain rooms that they also weren't let in.
The third class were treated to the same luxuries as 2nd class passengers of most other liners. The third class had access to the decks around the fore and aft cargo hatches, the poop deck, and both well decks. They also had an enclosed ''open space'' on D deck, under the forward well deck. They had plenty of deck space, actual beds with linen and sinks with running water. To most of the steerage passengers, a luxury unheard of in their lives.
Yes as they would have been the last to be informed and they would not be let up to the upper deck if they were poor until all rich were of the ship and into life boats .
Man y passengers threw deck-chairs in the water, presumably as flotation devices.
There were not any formal activities for the third class passengers on the Titanic. The Poop Deck was available to meet, relax, socialize and play deck games.
Passengers on the Mayflower slept on what was called the Gun Deck or 'tween Deck. It was the deck between the upper deck (top of the ship) and the bottom deck (where the cargo hold was), hence the name 'tween deck. The Gun Deck was only about 5.5 feet high, 80 feet long and 24 feet wide, which isn't a lot of room for 102 passengers. Some of the floor space would have been used by ropes, cannons etc so not all the space was available for the passengers. The link below has a great diagram of the Mayflower. It gives you an idea of how cramped the quarters must have been.

In the early days of passenger liners the cheapest tickets were in 'steerage', the lowest deck just above the bilges.
Pretty much all of the first and second class passengers were up on deck, but most of the third class steerage passengers were not allowed up on deck because most people back then had petty, nasty class distinctions.
To carry passengers to their destination. It had a double deck to allow maximum passengers to fit. Top speed of about 535mph. hope it helps

Wikipedia said 853 / 538 on the main deck
everything that is needed to operate the ship and provide living space for the crew and passengers.
It is because of this thing called stability. If you stand up in the upper deck of the bus, your weight will affect the weight of the top and the below one. If the top deck of the bus becomes more heavier, the the bus turning sideways can have high chance of being falling sideways. :) Hope this info will be useful to the public. It might be wrong too... :€
No, there has never been a fiend-specific structure deck. but there has been a structure deck that has mostly fiends
