Hinata is really really shy and she love Naruto(obviously) and she finally admits it on Naruto Shippuden episode 166, she gets really nervous around him which is mostly why she faints. I write Naruhina fan fictions and she faints a lot in my writing...anyways...Her background can also tell why she is so darn shy, the way her clan disapprove her, NEJI, and definetly Hiashi puts her down. She admires Naruto a lot which makes her confident about herself
