Who got kicked off glee?
Rachel, Finn and Kurt got kicked off Glee because they were getting too old for the show. The cast of Glee need to look like they are in High School, so obviously Ryan Murphy decided that they looked too old. Finn is actually 29 so he is a bit old for High School. Do not despair though. The winners of the Glee Project will get some episodes in Season 3, so look out for some new faces! :)

What happened on last week's Glee?
It's hard to know what you mean, as I don't know when you posted your question, but in the latest episode- "Sectionals"- Rachel told Finn that the father of Quinn's baby is actually Puck and Finn was outraged (obviously). He stormed out of Glee club after punching Puck and nearly crying in front of Quinn. Quinn told Rachel she wasn't angry at her, and Rachel admitted she had told Finn hoping he would leave Quinn for her. So the Glee Club went to Sectionals without Finn, and took Jacob (pervert school paper reporter) instead. Mr. Shuester also couldn't come because he was disqualified for being "professional" (the club did a commercial and by Mr. Shu sleeping on one of the mattresses they received for payment, he therefore became "professional"). So Emma went with the club as a chaperone. Emma also was stood up by Ken at her wedding, after he decided he didn't want to be Emma's consolation prize because Will was married. After Emma delivers this news to Will he tells her he just left his wife and Emma, being the nice sensitive person she is, just rejects him and tells him she's resigning from her position as the school's guidance counselor. Meanwhile, the club goes to Sectional and, after a heartfelt discussion with Mr. Shu, Finn shows up to save the day. Which is very lucky, because the other 2 schools at Sectionals stole all of their numbers. So Finn comes with a number for them to do, and Rachel sings a solo (instead of Mercedes). Of course, they win Sectionals and at the end of the episode Mr. Shu kisses Emma. Exciting!
