To get Bulbasaur you go to the house to the left of the Pokemon center in cerulean city...there should be a girl who said she nursed a bulbasaur back to health, you need pikachu to love you loads to be able to get it but there is a shortcut. Get a potion and make sure pikachu is fully healed, use the potion on pikachu about 20 or so times and every single time it should say it won't have an effect, then get pikachu directly underneath her and click on pikachu, he should have a lot of hearts bouncing up and down on his head then she will give you bulbasaur. Damian will simply hand charmander as soon as you talk to him, he's north of the nugget bridge in that enclosed area with the ledges (above the guy who was scared of the people on the nugget bridge). Squirtle you need to defeat Lt.
