The Philippines lie north of the Equator but within the Tropic and therefore there will be a day in late June each year when in the most northerly part of your country, your length of day is marginally (by a few minutes) greater than it is in late December. So you do not have a "midnight sun" but you do get a solstice at the same time as all the other parts of the Norther Hemisphere.
As you are within the Tropic the Sun will have reached and past the zenith before the longest day and you will get a second zenith sun as the sun moves back south after the solstice point.
