According to the James Rollins/Clemens website he planned for there to be two sets of three Godslayer books. And I'm sure that after the success of his other Fantasy Books that he was under contract to produce at least the first trilogy.
However he appears to have preoccupied himself with writing another, non-fantasy, series called Sigma Force and has been asked many times when he is planning to write another Godslayer book with ambiguous responses.
In short, there will be a third Godslayer book, or at least should; but don't hold your breath for it. I've been waiting roughly 3 years for it to be written and I have a feeling it won't be here anytime soon.

∙ 13y agoThere is a third Percy Jackson book released. It is titled the Titan's Curse. However, there is not a third Percy Jackson movie. It has not been confirmed if there will be a third Percy Jackson movie.
