If your 18 year old didn't listen to you first time round, then leave it, all you can do is support her and never get angry at her for it, it will just make it worse. you have to be ready for when she does realise the truth and decides to leave him. it's all you can do that won't damage you and your daughters relationship. its hard to watch but unless you work out a different way, she'll keep thinking she deserves the abuse and still loving him hoping then man she first met will come back in him, but he won't, it was a fake.
