Check the fuse, then check power at the fuse, if the fuse is blown or there is no power this could be your problem. If the fuse is good and theres power, you will need a wireing diagram, to check for possible short to ground. ABS light could be ABS relay (under hood).

In my '96 beretta the cooling fan relay switch is located on the drivers side strut tower. That may not be the problem. If your fan still won't work after changing the relay switch try the coolant temperature switch/sensor.
need more information, what year, do you have duel climate control, give me a little more information. If one side is hot and one is cold, you have a distribution problem in the dash. Could be a loose fitting, a broken airflow control door, a controller issue, etc. i don't have dual climate control. 06 jeep grand Cherokee
There is a 'lock' button on the drivers door. By the up/down switches. The driver is in control of the vehicle and I think it's right that the driver have that control. I think the driver should have a lock on the climate, heat & a/c also
The high and low cooling fan relays in the 98 Ford Escortr are loacated in the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module) which is located on the base of the drivers side strut tower underneath the air filter module. It is a small box with quite a number of wires running into it. It controls the fans, the AC compressor and the Power Control Module.
