PDP makes its drums in Mexico.

KISS primarily used drums from the brand Ludwig during their early years, particularly during the 1970s. Drummer Peter Criss was known for his iconic black and silver Ludwig kit, which became a signature part of the band's image. Later on, other brands such as Tama and more recently, PDP have been used by the band's drummers.

Travis McNabb, the drummer for Sugarland, plays with drums from the brand PDP (Pacific Drums and Percussion). He has been known to use PDP kits during live performances and recordings with the band. His setup typically reflects a mix of both professional quality and personal preference.
I would recommend pearl drums for the quality but if you are looking for a cheaper price i would recommend buying a pdp or mapex drumset.
PDP is PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL :)
