Yes but the range of strong frequencies received will be quite narrow and get weaker beyond the aerials intended frequency range. Also do NOT try and transmit through a DAB antenna unless you know explicitly what you are doing as you can cause damage to your equipment and possibly cause a small fire.
I do not believe that musical instruments can cause structural damage. I have an upright piano next to a door and a wall. Our piano has been there for 7 years. There are no complications for closing our door, and there are no cracks on our walls. I play it constantly, and no such occurrences have happened.
