Rape seed oil is lethal (It contains erucic oil), Castor Oil contains Ricin which is used as a nerve agent, mineral oil wont make you feel well, and petroleum oil will make you be sick and can cause cancer. So unless you know what the oil is made of you shouldn't ingest it.
