Yes, you can play the Clarinet with braces.
It may take a little time to get used to, and you will need to make some adjustments to your embouchure however, given time you won't even notice the difference.
Quick Tip use some dental wax on the brace from prevent it from digging into the inside of your lower lip while playing. Ask your dentist about wax for the brace.
Yes, you can. My friend uses a special mouth guard though, so if your braces are getting in the way of playing, I suggest that you look into a special mouth guard. You can probably find them at your local music store, if not, then find one on the internet. Good luck, the clarinet is a great instrument!

Definietely you can!! I wore braces for 3 years, and went to state 2 of those years. :) The wax helps a lot when you first start out.. You can get it at Wal-Mart!! :)
I have personal experience with this. At first it is difficult and will cut your lips, but eventually you develop scar tissue and if you can adjust your embouchure, you'll do perfectly fine. I play with braces and am in my school's top band.
A single Trombone cannot play a chord by itself.
no it isnt its actually pretty easy to play it ona tenor trombone
The Sackbut where the trombone was continued from, thank you to everybody asking questions about the trombone, the instrument that i play and know alot about.
Well your are going to need a trombone and then need to take lessons how to play the instrument. Then get the sheet music for the piece and play it. You won't be able to learn how to play the trombone from reading a book; rather you are going to have to learn to play this instrument from the beginning.

Yes. when i first started out on trombone i had braces, two years later they were off... at 10 i wasnt really serious into what i was doing, it was just fun to me, but yes, braces make a difference... Its like playing a different trombone, or playing with a different mouthpiece. Once you get them off, it will take a short while for your mouth to readjust, but other than that, its all good, you should be able to play high more easily as well... But every person is different.
