Apparently you can. I only know this because one of the old guys in our big band does.
He uses a zero pressure method to make the mouthpiece ride on his lip cushion instead of using his teeth to support the mouthpiece.
As stated YES you can - also using a larger mouth piece which has the same bowl size but is larger in over all diametre so that you press against the gum line not the teeth. Keeping low lip power is really hard and does take loads of practice.

It is possible to play a high G on the trumpet. You can play almost about any pitch on the trumpet if your lips are tight enough but they let air flow through.
