∙ 14y agoNo, he wasn't born with one. But he did have a skin disease. It is called vitiligo. It causes your skin to get lighter because of cells. It is not possible to get vitiligo from just touching another person. Many people think that Michael Jackson bleached his skin but he DIDN'T!!! He was suffering from vitiligo. It started with him around "Thriller".
