All the Apollo landings were on the near side as opposed to the far side (a better term than "dark side", since it isn't actually any darker... statistically, it's very slightly lighter than the near side).
However, all the missions which involved a landing, plus a few others, did take the astronauts completely around the Moon. Astronauts on Apollo 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 did get to see the far side of the Moon.
You probably mean the far side, not the dark side:There is no "dark side of the moon". Every point on the moon is illuminated for roughly 50% of the time, just like every point on earth. So sometimes the far side is light, and sometimes it's dark. Just like the near side.None of the Apollo missions landed or traveled to the far side of the moon ... the side that's invisible from earth ... mainly because they could not have communicated with earth by radio from there.

'Dark Side of the Moon' was an album by the rock group Pink Floyd
No. The far side of the moon is usually partially illuminated by the sun and is only completely dark during the full moon. The far side of the moon is fully lit during the new moon phase. It is called the "dark" side of the moon because we never see it.
The Dark Side of the Moon is the answer. Dare to Wear Pink Day Quiz ? !!
No they did not
Yes. The far side of the moon is dark when we see a full moon. It is partially dark at all phases other than the new moon.
The man landed on the moon, the side that faces earth all the time. They did not choose the dark side as they would then loose radio contact with the astronauts.
We only ever see the same side of the moon. The other side is called the far side or "the dark side of the moon"
Man has always landed on the bright side of the moon, or the side facing earth. If he tried to land on the dark side he would not be able to speak to earth.
The Apollo 8 astronauts Jim Lovell, Frank Borman and William Anders were the first men to orbit the moon, they were aldso the first men to see the back side or dark side of the moon. As we can only see one side.
If you are asking of landing on the dark side of the moon, then it is no, as they will be out of touch with N.a.S.A . No message will be got or will be able to be sent either.
the space cow (bos caelum) herd on the moon is very real, but very hard to track. They stay to the dark side of the moon so our telescopes cannot see them. Only the Mexican astronauts who landed there in 1906 have ever made contact.
No, there have been no astronauts landing or walking on the far side of the moon. None have landed in darkness there, either. It is considered too dangerous. This is because it is not possible for communication signals to reach the earth from the far side. Also, the terrain is very rough, making finding a landing site difficult in the dark. The landings must take place on the side of the moon facing earth, and in the light.Note: There is no "dark side of the moon" in reality. All sides of the moon get direct sunlight as the moon circles the earth. There is, however, only one side that faces earth, and it is the only side we see from here. That gives the moon a "back side" rather than a dark side.
From Earth, you can only see ONE side of the moon. And that is the same side that has been facing us for as long as I can remember. The moon does not rotate its face. I'm afraid you can't ever see the dark side of moon from Earth :(
