Another way, if you are technically savvy, record yourself singing and post the video on YouTube, and see how many hits you get and read the feed back.
Still another way would be to take voice lessons from a good instructor to get their input.
Try this before you hit your local "Idol" show and make a fool of yourself.
This is a difficult question to answer because people on the internet obviously can't hear you sing so they do not know if you are a good singer.
