Sometimes yes and sometimes no. if they are in a music video and they're dancing a lot, it is okay. just if the voice he/she's lip syncing to is really his/hers. it is not ok if it is not really their voice.
hell ya he sang take me down and he took a breath and the song kept going and doing his concert a girl wit a mic fell singing the same words he was
I'm sure he does.
And his voice isn't all good.

Almost always. The sound is recorded in a studio and then they do all the moves and other stuff while syncing their own voice.
