Although the Weight Watchers Diet Plan is an excellent way to start loosing weight, it is not necessary to join the program to see results. Simply watching my calorie intake and working our could achieve the same type of results.
That truly depends on the person. "Most people" isn't the same in body type, health, physically well being, and etc. So it is very hard to compare and group all different people to one weight watchers diet. Each individual person's body is different and takes different amounts of time for the diet to work and see results.
The Jenny Craig diet has been around for much longer than the Weight Watchers program which makes people, when they decide to get serious about losing weight, instantly go with the Jenny Craig program. All of the food is prepared for you at first and later on in the program some people decide to stick with, they'll begin to instruct you on how to prepare meals for yourself, showing you that you are in fact in control of all aspects of your life. The biggest difference between the two is simply the cost. The Jenny Craig diet will cost you around $65/week on average whereas the Weight Watchers online plan is only $14.95/month after paying a $29.95 registration fee at the start.
Oh, dude, you're really worried about those Grape Nuts points, huh? Well, technically speaking, a half cup of Grape Nuts cereal is around 8 Weight Watchers points. But hey, who's counting, right? Just enjoy your cereal and maybe throw in some fruit or something. Like, live a little!
The weight watchers formula is: Caliories/50 + Total Fat/12 - Fiber/5(Max of one point) So really if your points were derived purely of calories it would be 1,000 calores (50*20). But nothing is purely based on calories. So if you ate food with a high fat content then the calories would be lower so it could equal 20 points. And If you ate food low in fat and high in fiber then your calorie count is higher. At the end the general answer is around 1,000 calories give or take how much fat and fiber you consume.
Here's what I would recommend. V8 juice has zero points if you add half a stick of butter, and blend it together really well. This counter acts any calories. Good luck!
Yes it really does
personally, one of my family members has the exact same problem. they use weight watchers. it really works!!! you just have to stay on the plan and try not to eat bad foods.
Good question. You can ask Weight Watchers about that.
Well it does not really have an age preferance as long as you are 30 pounds or more than you are supposed to be then you can join Weight Watchers!
Yes weight watchers does work. You have to be determined and dedicated to follow weight watcher just like any other diet plan. I know many people who have used weight watchers, one of which lost over 100 lbs. It is really great for those who may not like to calorie count.
You should consult your doctor about this. Anything concerning your body would be best dealt with by consulting your doctor. If you feel that you aren't having any benefits, I would stop the program.

Weight Watchers dinners really do taste good. They offer a wide variety of meals and desserts are my favorite. Its not always about losing the taste. Just cutting back on the amount that you eat.
