For the 1998 Chevy S10 pickup the radio constant 12V+ wire is orange. The radio switched 12V+ wire is yellow. The radio ground wire is black, the illumination wire is gray. The left front speaker wire + is tan, the left front speaker wire - is gray, right front wire + is light green, right front wire - is dark green. The left rear speaker wire + is brown, left rear wire - is yellow, right rear wire + is dark blue, and right rear wire - is light blue.

no it doesnt you have to get an axulary output converter and tie it into any speaker wire
Yes but you need a attentuator to cut signal down to input levels. You can get them at radio shack.
