No, you remove the 4 nuts on the outside, and pull the axle shaft out with a slide hammer.
the p c v valve is the only thing that pops into my mind, positive crankcase vent. hope this helps
b/c it wants to go play...haha....u probably have a transfer case problem that is best checked out by a mechanic b/c u can tear up alot of unbroken parts trying to diagnose the problem urself...

On the low side service port that is located on the a/c compressor manifold.....

if your talking about the a/c it is the one closest to the dryer or the round cilnder that your a/c hoses run into.

It could be the A/C clutch not engaging or a blown fuse.
The A/C Cluster is the area where the AC controls are located. Usually on the dash board .

An A/C compressor by-pass pulley can be installed in place of the A/C compressor. You might still be able to order one from the Jeep dealership, or NAPA can order one. Naturally. you can also search on-line for the part.
A/C Condenser is on the serpentine route.
I have used a large "C" clamp, to compress the caliper flush to the face.
