Take the inside door panel off disconnect the wires for the window and door locks(if you have power windows and locks). Unbolt the door at the hinge and your good to go If you are swapping your door with a used door that has a good wire harness, when you unbolt the door at the hinge, pull the wire harness from the "a" pillar and disconnect the two plugs there. No need to disconnect each plug then re-run the harness through.

According to the wiring diagram, the wire from the radio to this door speaker is brown w/pink stripe & the other wire that goes to the Rear Intigrated Control Panel (RICP) is tan with light green stripe.
Take light green wire in drivers door harness to ground.

under the triangle on the door there are 3 screws and a wire-if the harness connects at the mirror you can just unhook it there-if it goes into the door panel you need to remove the panel to disconnect the harness
Yeah you can get one for around $80 to $100 dollars! For some reason GM decided to run their diagnostics through the factory radio, door chime, etc. so the wire harness is expensive. Makes it a pain to do custom work to your car. They really should change this or give a good reason why the wire harness for GMs are $100 but $8 for other brands of cars.
Take off the panel inside the car on the door. You will find the screws there. Just be careful with the wire harness.
