The performer doesn't actually change the pitch of the tubular bells. The pitch difference comes in the predetermined length of the tubes. The shorter the tube, the higher the pitch. Likewise, the longer the tube, the lower the pitch.
because im awesome (:
Lower.
The Thick Tring Makes Lower sound by the Vibration, That goes Slower.
well, the center stings are in the middle of the pitch. The ones above it (nearer your head as you play) are lower. The ones beow it are higher.
Most certainly, there are many fine examples on the most popular video sharing sites. Handbells have been around since 1696. They were originally used by tower ringers to practice changes outside the tower, much to the relief of their closest neighbours. It was not that long before full chromatic sets were produced and handbell choirs (aka ensemble and team) came into being. The most popular bells are the English founded bells, purely for the overtones (harmonics) which are different from US bells and different again from Dutch produced bells. Musical arrangements take full advantage of the overtones of the set they are written for. An ensemble can be 25 bells small or 97 bells large. Competent ringers can hold 4 mid to high range bells at a time whereas lower range bells are normally held in pairs. In small ensembles bells are arranged on a table to be picked, struck and returned by adjacent or opposite players in a technique known as weaving.

Some easy to make musical instruments for kids are tambourines, drums, chimes, horns, cymbals, xylophones, comb buzzers, guitars, tubular bells, and hand bells.
Tubular bells create sound when struck with a mallet. The impact causes the metal tubes to vibrate, producing a clear and resonant tone. The length and thickness of the tubes determine the pitch of the sound created.
lower
Lower.
Look on youtube.com.
This doesn't make sense, "current" is "amperage" so the higher the voltage the lower the amperage, and the lower the voltage the higher the amperage.
Bells!

You can't.
they are actually there in order to make a higher pitch making it sound higher. on the other hand, the thicker ones make a lower sound
yes but it depends it can either make it higher or lower
