You stick the Flute in your mouth (not the whole thing) then you blow gently enough to create a steady stream of air which should pop out the end of the flute in the form of a pleasant squeak.
What you do then, is wiggle your fingers to create different sonic frequencies. Match them up to the ones that are in the song, and you should have it.
Note: When you stop blowing there will just be silence, so match up the silent parts of the song with not blowing.
