I've never head of the 'Call to Orders.' The US Army Bands website lists a 'Call to Quarters,' and if that's what you're looking for, the related links section below will bring you to a website with sheet music.

It is possible to play a high G on the trumpet. You can play almost about any pitch on the trumpet if your lips are tight enough but they let air flow through.
