Okay, we're going to uninstall both iTunes and Apple Application Suppport this time. When we reinstall iTunes, that should reinstall Apple Application Support as well. We'll take a few additional explicit precautions along the way too. Best to print these instructions out, because at one stage of proceedings you won't be able to use a web browser.
Copy the executable into: "C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesAppleApple Application Support" for 86-bit OR "C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesAppleApple Application Support" for 32-bit. (don't include quotes).
this is how you join itunes: first you type in itunes and click on the top search then it should say download now and click on it. it should only take 5 minutes depending on your broadband speed. when you have downloaded it you click on itunes store but you have to join to by a song or film first you click on sign up and type in your email address and your passcode and your card details and now your ready to buy stuff of itunes.
On a PC you select control panel in your start menu, you then go to programs and in that menu you select uninstall. Then you will be presented with a list of programs, check itunes and then hit remove, the program will be uninstalled from your computer.
This is a relatively simple fix. If you exit out of iTunes when you are in the iTunes Store, it will automatically open up into the iTunes Store when you open iTunes again. If you leave it on the music tab, it will open up to the Music tab when you open iTunes again.
go to itunes
Uniinstall Itunes (start menu, control panel, add remove programs), then reinstall itunes. When installing Itunes it will ask if you would like to search (or import depending on the itunes version) music from your pc. select yes. This should solve your problem.
Update Mac OS from the apple icon in the top left corner of your screen, then go into iTunes and update available Apps. From the iTunes menu bar select Store and then turn Off and then On Genius. If not repaired, reinstall iTunes.
