If your swap has got stuck it is most likely on the thumb hole that protrudes into the bore.
First, take apart the Clarinet... now isolate which section it is stuck in and try gently wiggling.
If that does work, VERY carefully insert a pencil into the thumbhole, or the fingerholes and try and work it free that way.
If all else fails, take it to the local repair shop. If it is well and truly wedged there from being pulled, you may end up having to remove some keys to get at it.
