You've got to loosen the rear Power Steering pump mounting bolts (13mm box wrench or socket), loosen the pump upper pivot bolt, lower locknut and the pump adjusting bolt (13mm also). Once the pump has been loosened, you can then remove the belt.
Loosen the power steering pump bolts from and back on the pump hanger. loosen the adjustment bolt on the power steering pump and remove the belt. Install new belt tighten the tension by using the adjustment bolt and retighten the retainer bolts front and back on the pump hanger bracket
