Take key and insert in back hatch lock and turn. That should reset as I had the same problem.

its always in theft mode. There should be a little light that will flash on the dash or around the speedometer when the ignition is off and the key is out.

can you be more specific?are your high beams flashing? this means your jeep has anti theft. if you don't have the remote you can shut it off by inserting your key into the drivers door and first locking and then unlocking the door.do any other electronics work? lights? radio?check the fuse you replaced. is it the proper rating? did any other fuses go out?
