The short answer: a little over 30 minutes, on average. But just for grins, I thought I'd look up the playing times of several different recordings.
Neville Marriner & Academy of St.-Martin-in-the-Fields:
Leonard Bernstein & Vienna Philharmonic:
Herbert von Karajan & Berlin Philharmonic:
George Szell & Cleveland Orchestra:
Joel Levine & Chicago Symphony:
The shortest playing time was Szell and Cleveland (26:25), and the longest was Bernstein and Vienna (38:07)--quite a difference! At least from this small sampling, it looks as though the determining factor is the tempo of the 4th movement. The 1st movement came in around 11 minutes with all except Szell (needs to switch to decaf!), the 2nd movement was more or less around 8 minutes except for Levine, and the 3rd movement was consistently 4-and-a-half to 5 minutes. But the finale times were 8:25, 11:38, 6:02, 5:59, and 11:07. That's a pretty major difference of interpretation!
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart wrote no "best" symphony. It is all personal opinion. However, his 39th, 40th, and 41st, (arguably his last) were said to be his "great symphonies".
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Symphony No. 41 in C major was completed on August 10, 1788. It was the last symphony that he composed.
Undoubtedly, Mozart's most famous piece is Eine Kleine Nachtmusik for string ensemble. His popular symphonies include Symphony 40 in G minor and Jupiter symphony. His popular piano works include Twinkle-twinkle variations and Turkish Rondo.
It depends on the musician's idea on the symphony.
Long Bay Symphony Orchestra was created in 1987.

Mozart's first symphony was written by him when he was 8 years old, making him a child prodigy. The title of it was simply, "Symphony No. 1 in E Flat Major."

His 40th symphony is believed to be the heartbreak and sorrow he felt after losing his fifth or sixth child (Can't remember). That's all I know.

I think it is safe to say that every professional symphony orchestra has played at least one piece by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Most likely (though most don't know it) is Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Written by Wolfgang when he was 5. I also think Jupiter, his 41st, is rather famous also.
Mozart has had many amazing symphonies. such as his last and most famous one #41 aka Jupiter.
