You can't really answer the question with a specific number because it depends on what kind of band. Full jazz bands usually have 4 or 5, small ensembles have 2 or 3, rock bands usually have 1 or 2, but in general, you can have as many as you want, or as may as it takes to cover all the Trumpet parts.
I'm a trumpet player and I'm not rude but many of my fellow players are.
Sting uses many different players on the trumpet for his albums and tours. Some of them have been or are:Bob BradleyJohn BarclayGuy BarkerChris Botti

Actually, the trumpet can play many notes, and the range is usually limited only by the player's abilities. However, for a typical trumpet student, the range is from concert E below middle C to concert Bb two octaves above middle C.
Any Bach mouthpiece. I have been playing with them for years and they have never let me down. Trumpets do not have a built in mouthpiece because not all mouthpieces work as well as others for different people. There are many very good mouthpieces. The best mouthpiece is the one that fits your mouth the best. IE: If you have thin lips, a deep/wide mouthpiece probably won't work well for you. If you have thick lips, a shallow/thin mouthpiece probably won't work well for you. Bach, Schilke, Monette, and several other companies make very good mouthpieces.

The range of a trumpet is determined by the skill of the player. Some players can play up to a C above the staff, but many, many can play much higher than that.
If you mean getting signed as a professional player, it's difficult. There are thousands and thousands of aspiring trumpet players out there, and most of them aren't as good as they think they are. For symphony orchestras, you almost always have to audition, and many symphonies don't have regular audtions. For instance, the trumpet section in the symphony in my city has been the same for 5 or 6 years, and the principal trumpet player has been the same player for 20 years.
how many instruments were needed in pinpeat musician?
See the thing is, a band can have as little or as many instruments as preferred. Unless it is like a symphony orchestra when many are needed.

You can probably buy a High School Musical music book. Or, You can expirement, or Learn a new instrment. You can buy Sheet music to were all in this together for trumpet but it best suits a concert Band because theres so many different parts and the trumpet isn't a big part of it
