The best way to lift a Grand Cherokee is to install tighter leaf springs. The leaf springs can be changed in some vehicles to make them appear taller.
Check the front driveshaft.

The Cherokee homes and villages were ranged around a central plaza, which was used for dances, games, and ceremonies. To make their homes, they used upright poles that held the fram of the house together. Their house frequently changed due to the weather.

Well I can tell you what could happen, they tell you to disconnect the negative so you don't electricute yourself.

Have alternator checked. Should be getting 13-14 volts running. If not that, have battery tested.
looks.
try changing your fuel filter.
Yes, if the spark plug wires can be connected to the distributor and works.
have you changed the battery
If you have put the distributor back in the proper position and its not out a tooth you might try to disconnect the battery for a few minutes (5-10 to be safe) to reset the computer. I really think you're out by a tooth which has changed the timing though...
Two things come to mind: 1 - your new battery could be bad; 2 - you have a wiring problem. You may have a short somewhere that is pulling down the battery. Also, check the battery post connectors where they are fitted onto the wire. Something loose there can cause you grief, too.
