There is about a 1 chance in 500,000 of you becomming pregnant after having a Tubal performed. There has been some extreme rare cases of Women conceiving after having a Tubal and I believe they experienced normal pregnancy symptoms or abdominal pain. You will need to see your doctor for a blood test to be certain if you have conceived or not.
But there is no chance of conception UNLESS the Tubal failed.

∙ 14y agoYes, you can become pregnant after having your tubes tied for 7 years. I had my tubes tied for 71/2 years and I became pregnant. I gave birth to a healthy baby girl who is now 23 months. I didn't get my tubes retied, and I am now 9wks. pregnant. The Doctor Who performed the tubal ligation told me that I should never be able to have children again, but I guess God had the last say, because my children are a miracle and a blessing to me.

∙ 13y agoTied and burned is a double job, and the chance of getting pregnant after that are next to none, but no doctor will say it is 100% effective because strange things can happen.
That is the most effective way to prevent pregnancy beside abstaining from sex completely.
