Margaret Thatcher's biggest change was in attitude. Baroness Thatcher took the U.K from a 'this will do attitude' to a 'can do force'. I did not agree with all her politics. In fact I was on the Miners picket line at Didcot Power Station and took part in protests. However, she was right to want to change the grip the Unions had on the U.K's economy. The U.K needs another Maggie. Rightly or wrongly she had a passion for the U.K and a firm idea of how to ensure the U.K was a movement for change in the World. Now the U.K is a ship without a rudder - and boats sink when they hit the rocks.
