On February 12, a Los Angeles Asian-American woman, Lucie J. Kim, announced that she filed a $4 billion class-action lawsuit against pop singer Miley Cyrus, accusing her of racism and other claims. The lawsuit was based on a photo that Miley Cyrus posed in. The photo shows Miley Cyrus and her friends pulling their eyes down; clearly mocking the eyes of Asians and Asian-Americans.
