I'm afraid you'll probably have to be more specific. In the case of Type 1 Diabetics, they can eat just about anything as long as they carefully watch their carb intake and adjust their insulin dosages accordingly. If you are talking about Type 2 Diabtes, well that just depends on what your average intake of other carbs is throughout the day as well as your exercise level. If you keep a good count on your carb intake and exercise every day, then having a "little" OJ should be no problem. However, if you have a habit of eating high carb meals like pasta, grains, sweets, citrus fruits, etc with little exercise daily...then proceed with caution. If you are trying to control your Type 2 Diabetes with diet and exercise alone or with diet/exercise/pills, then you must watch your carb intake very closely, and this includes OJ. An 8 oz. glass of OJ can easily cost you 26 grams of carbs...which for some Type 2 Diabetics is an entire meal's worth or more, so beware. For Type 1 Diabetics taking insulin...no problem. Just adjust your dosage accordingly.
