Yes it is. I can't remember the name of the movie, but it was a wonderful story of river boat adventures in Australia. I think the time frame was the late 1800s or early 1900s. It's also a love story. After the man and woman marry, he is injured, and she must learn to run the river boat and become a certified river boat pilot to keep the business afloat. Great movie and the theme song was a great selection. Anyone out there who can help me with the name of the movie? Jack in Tucson
That's a TV series called "All The Rivers Run" - mid 80s filmed in Oz if I recall correctly.
This song is also on the movie, "Confessions of a Shopaholic" starring Isla Fisher. It plays toward the end of the movie when after she'd sold all of her stuff, and she gets her bridesmaid's dress back and attends her best friend's (Suze) wedding.

I also remember reading that the alternate version "The Beginning is the End is the Beginning" is on the "Dark Knight" soundtrack somewhere, though I don't remember hearing it.
