yup.... acoustics have skinnier necks and you can get electric acoustics and cut aways.... classicals are more traditional and a lot more technical to play... there are rules... acoustics are the sort of thing that you see people playing on the beach etc.

body style and strings are the main difference .. classical has nylong strings and smaller bodied and regular acoustic has steel strings and typically a bigger body .. classical guitar also has a wider neck .. Google is your friend my friend
