From the Orthodox perspective, the only time it would be acceptable to drive is if there is a life threatening emergency that requires getting the person to hospital immediately.

From the Conservative perspective, it is acceptable to drive to synagogue if you live too far away to walk. This only allows for driving directly to synagogue then directly home.

The Reform movement doesn't place restrictions on driving during Shabbat.

Is exercising allowed on Shabbat?

Not really. There is no express prohibition on exercising on Shabbat, but there are numerous general prohibitions which would make exercising de facto impossible. For example: a person cannot shower or use a towel on shabbat, nor any electrical exercise equipment, nor expend any monies to travel or go to a gym. Additionally, a Jew must dress in his best clothes during Shabbat, so exercise attire would be out (and who wants to sweat in a suit?).

When do the Shabbat candles get lit?

What meat can't the Jews eat on the sabbath?

There is no prohibition against eating kosher meat during Shabbat. The reverse is true; it's expected that meat be eaten during the two main Shabbat meals. On Passover, Jews cannot eat leavened bread (whereas they can at other times of the year). Shabbat does not mirror this. The same kosher rules for the rest of the week apply on Shabbat. Jews cannot eat pork on any day of the week and conversely, Jews can eat tuna or kosher meat on any day of the week.
