Yes. But only once that is known. On April 7, 1968, the last day of their East Coast tour, Joplin and Big Brother performed with Jimi Hendrix, Buddy Guy, Joni Mitchell, Richie Havens, Paul Butterfield, and Elvin Bishop at the "Wake for Martin Luther King, Jr." concert in New York. Jimi Hendrix did perform with her on stage during that song. There are very few recordings of it, as it was only recorded at the event. There are no studio recordings with them together doing that song.
Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin both performed in Seattle. Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and the Steve Miller Band Sicks Stadium, Seattle, July 26, 1970. Eat your hearts out! It was Jimi's last visit home to Seattle. Jimi and Janis would both die a few months later, both 27 years old. Reference: http://jackbrummet.blogspot.com/2005/09/favorite-rock-and-jazz-shows-1966-last.htmlJimi and Janis were NOT on the same Seattle 1970 concert.
