Suzuki TL 1000 bad rattle in engine ONLY SOME TIMES PISTONS AND PISTON BARRELS OK AND TIMING OK JUST CANT FIGURE IT OUT ALSO NO SIGN OF WEAR ON ANY SHAFT?

try replacing the cam chain adjuster ....mine has the same rattle and its driving me nuts..i had all the engine checked over and all settings are within tollerance. i have been told that its normally this adjuster ...i will do mine when i finally get chance ...just to busy work wise at moment .....hope this helps
