There are a few mistakes in The Beatles recordings; partly this was because for some of their career there was little opportunity for editing - the recordings were essentially "live" performances of the band. For example, on Please, Please Me, Paul stumbles over the words on the last verse. Nowadays, it would be simple to correct the error simply by re-recording the phrase - that was impossible in 1962 and it was left in.
On the track We Can Work It Out, there is a guitar fluff - to fix the problem George Martin simply dropped the volume so that for one bar the guitar is missing; this wasn't particularly noticable on the mono version, but on the stereo release the two Guitars are on each side of the stereo image so it's much more obvious.
During the Let It Be sessions, the Beatles wanted to essential get back to basics - recording as a band, because of this John played Bass Guitar on some tracks - Let It Be itself, for example - there are a couple of duff notes in John's bass playing.
Mussicly, they had litterally no faults. However, John and Paul often disputed who was the 'main Beatle' or the 'Band Leader' (neither)
Also, after John Lennon met Yoko Ono, they were litterally never apart from each other-- ruining the Beatles.
