Contact your local police department or your local courthouse, whichever is more applicable in your town or city. One of them will know what to tell you to do next. The record still exists, and you can still access it.

∙ 9y agoYou can be arrested for unpaid tickets if your state issues suspensions for them. In New York, if you fail to answer a ticket your license will be suspebded. So if you get caught driving with a suspended license...you get arrested.
