Depends on what type of truck you have. On current production Freightliners, Volvos, and I believe Internationals, the CB antennas also provide reception for the AM/FM radio and television.

If you have a digital tv and an outdoor antennae do you need a converter box?

In the US the answer is probably not. Digital and analog TV broadcasts use the same frequencies and antennas. Digital TV is more fussy about signal quality than the older analog signals. So if you get marginal analog reception, figure on getting a new antenna for digital. The idea that there are special HDTV antennas is just marketing hype. Any antenna that gives you better digtial reception will also give you better digital reception.

An 18-wheeler is traveling on the turnpike at a speed that is 8 miles per hour faster than a rental truck During the same period of time the 18-wheeler travels 220 miles and the rental truck travel?

72 mphHOW FAST IS THE 18-WHEELER GOING?!Well, lets see. Since the rental is slower than the 18-wheeler by 8 mph, we'll add 8 to 72. This gives us 80 mph.so 80 mph is the speed of the 18-wheeler, while the rental is 72 mph.

Do you provide new TV antennas?

No, I can't provide you with a TV antenna, but you can probably go to an electronics store such as Radio Shack, and they can sell you one. Old fashioned antennae are not likely to work in the US since all stations are broadcasting in HD anyway, so you might also try a store like Best Buy to get an HD antenna.

How do you broadcast TV channel?

The original TV was only broadcast TV. It's done the same way as radio us broadcast. Tall antenna towers send out (broadcast) radio waves that send the TV signal long distances.

How do you get tv channels without cable?

In most locations, using a standard television antenna will receive a selection of free to air channels. It depends on the area and the proximity of television transmitters. Installing an aerial properly is a specialist task and it is normally worth using a local aerial contractor who knows and understands the reception capabilities in the area. Satellite is another alternative to cable but is a similar cost to cable in the US and many other countries. In the UK, three is national coverage for digital terrestrial television, better known as Freeview and Freesat offers about 150 channels free of charge with a suitable dish and receiver. Neither require a subscription or any financial commitment other than the equipment itself.

The Freeview feature only works in the UK. It is basically the same as OTA (over the air) digital television in the US and Canada, and requires a rooftop antenna for best reception.
